So..I've heard of this Americanized Chinese food phenomenon in the States, and apparently this place serves the epitome of just that. My thoughts? You may not experience authentic Chinese meals here, but they do what they do very well.

Shrimp egg foo young with white rice: soft whole egg omelette with shrimp, shallots, and diced onions. Steamed white rice served separately for takeaway - the star of the night. 5/5
Singapore mei fun: angel hair noodles with a mild curry flavour. 3.5/5
House fried rice: with pork, shrimp, and chopped veggies. 3.5/5 -

It's a neighborhood Chinese take-out joint, but a good one. Food is cheap, it comes hot, and is consistent. I myself prefer a more authentic experience, but if you're trying to feed people who prefer Americanized Chinese, it's hard to beat. They give you lots of food for your take-out order, so we usually get two meals out of one dish ordered. Their hot and sour soup could be a tad hotter, but the flavor is great and they don't put any weird and non-Chinese stuff in it like Tomatoes or whatever.

This is the only Chinese restaurant I will ever go too, not only because the food is always consistently great, but because the guy that always answers the phone is the best!!! If every place I ordered food from could be him it would be awesome!!!

A wonderful family owned restaurant with very good service. Our favorite spot to pick up our Friday night dinner. We've had the wonton soup, pork fried rice, shrimp egg foo young and Singapore Mei Fun. The Mei Fun is awesome, slightly spicy, fine noodles seasoned with curry and tossed with vegys and a mix of shrimp, pork and chicken. The whole family cooks and serves and the food is always served hot and ready to go very quickly.

Ordered the General Tso. It tasted odd. Not bad, but just different than we've had at other places. It wasn't as appealing, and with so much competition nearby, we haven't been back.
